Can a Day 2 test double as a fit to fly one?

I live abroad and will soon be visiting the U.K. for a short trip. Does anyone know if a Day 2 test can be used as a fit to fly one, or should I order two? (Timing wise for the country I live, it’s fine, but not sure if it needs to actually say “fit to fly.”)

Which country are you flying back? It doesn’t need to say fit to fly - if all the required details are on the result certificate then yes, you can use it.

Some countries require your passport number for example on the certificate, so just make sure it complies with the regulations back home and you’ll be fine to use it for that.

Thank you! The USA, so it needs to be within three calendar days of your flight.
