Just a few things I'm still unsure of

Partner and I had mild symptoms on Thursday didnt take PCR till Saturday. When does his 10 day isolation begin, when he had symptoms or when he took PCR?
Also does he need to do a new test when his isolation period ends?

Also with regards to children and toddlers, can I still send my daughter to school?she is fine.

Can I still send baby to nursery? If not, do you know if I'd still have to pay for fees? Does this depend on individual nursery. I have called nursery a few times but still waiting on a reply from them.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Isolation starts from the start of symptoms.

I assume he is positive and you’re are negative? Are the children showing any symptoms?

Assuming you received a negative result and you have had both vaccines then you no longer have to isolate.

Assuming the children are under 18 and are showing no symptoms they also do not have to isolate. However, it is advised that they have a PCR, plus some schools/ nurseries are requesting this.

I’d be shocked if you got your fees back and I couldn’t justify it, even though it’s annoying. Staff will already be employed and working - that’s why you need to give generally 1 month plus notice to leave or change hours down.

You are negative then? In which case, neither you nor the children have to isolate.
