How faint was your faint positive LFT

I’ve booked a PCR for tomo for my son but long story short he developed a cold and a cough. He’s off his food . I did a lateral flow out of pure interest after booking the PCR and it has the faintest of line . So faint but there . Anyone experience this . TIA

My friend had an incredibly feint line followed by a positive PCR.

My DS had a faint line (though didn’t have to squint to see it so it wasn’t incredibly faint). He had no symptoms. He is 10. PCR came back negative which totally threw me…

My daughter has had these faint positives today. Waiting for PCR result.

@FrancisCross they are stronger lines than my sons I must say. Hoping all goes well in your house . Other DD is currently down with sore throat and diarrhoea. Not feeling hopeful

These were mine and my mums LFTs. We went on to get PCRs and both positive.
And I know so many that LFT didnt work for....find it infuriating that we're expected to rely on these.

@Meme141 it was really faint this morning (see pic) but has gotten stronger as the day has gone on.

Jesus these just look like normal negative lateral flow results to me no wonder there's so many missed cases if we are so dyed to look as close as this to find a positive line!!
