PCR home test results on Scotland

Hi,

I did home pcr tests on myself and my two daughters on Friday last week and they went in the 4pm post. We are in Scotland. No results yet and when I called to enquire it just said "we are unable to chase up test results at this time". And I forgot to take photos of the postage labels so can't track online either 😞

Does anyone in Scotland know roughly how long the postal results are taking? 4 days seems long compared to what I have heard from others.

I'm in Scotland, posted a home PCR on Tuesday morning and got the [negative] result email at 11pm on Wednesday.

(last week!)

Posted ours on Sunday afternoon (priority post box) and got negative results on Tuesday evening.

Thank you, I'm concerned mine have got lost! If I don't get anything done much time on my phone and trying to get to speak to somebody
