It's not going to cone in time for this autumn, which is the next period that is expected to be 'bumpy'

Abolishing fines for CEV/CV/household of the 'booster 500,000' most vulnerable would be a good step.

As would provision of off-site schooling for CEV & household of the 500,000. But the 'price tag' for protecting their lives means continuation of off-site provision (which presumably should be in place for all those on 10days sickness absence also) is considered too high.

There will still be families choosing between school and improved safety.

But we're all too often told that's how it has to be
