Do PCR results take longer if your positive?

DH & I both had Covid tests yesterday at 3pm.

DH has had his result (negative) but I’ve not had mine back.

Could this mean I am positive? We had the test at the same time as the same test centre.

I think it's just luck of the draw. When my son tested postive, his and my husbands (also negative) results came back within 12 hours, my negative result took a further 6 hours, all three of us in the same car and tested together. Then 7 days later I tested postive on a lft, myself and husband both went for PCR tests that evening, again both in the same car, his results, negative back within 12 hours, my result, postive took 24 hours. We all have the same surname and my name comes first alphabeticaly

No, it doesn't seem to matter what the result is they just take as long as they take.

No. When ds2 tested positive his result came an hour before mine (negative). Dp's negative result didn't come through until several hours later.

Just because you went together doesn't mean you'll get your results at the same time no matter what they are. A mass package of tests go off to the lab altogether.
