Would a headache one week after Pfizer jab be related?

I started with a dull headache last night, mainly left side in temple area and behind eye. Get a sharp pain there if I bend over/bend my head back. Could it be related to the jab? Not sure whether to bother 111 with it. If I hadn't had the jab I wouldn't be worried about it! (Had the jab 8 days ago).

Better to be safe than sorry!

Both me and my husband had a headache 1 week after our first Pfizer jabs.

I had a migraine 2.5 weeks afterwards. I was very dizzy, too dizzy to stand up, vomiting and it lasted, on and off, for 9 days. I couldn't decide if it was connected or not. I had the same, slightly less extreme, the same time after the second jab
I haven't had it since to I think it was vaccine related
I probably should have got medical help.

Yes you need to phone 111

I had headache,s for a good few weeks after both of my Pfizer vaccines. Left hand sided, shabby behind the eye feeling was how I’d describe it too.

If you look on the NHS Web page for pfizer vaccine side effects it says to phone 111 if you get a headache that feels worse when you lie down or bend over within 4 days to 4 weeks.

I had AZ 3 weeks ago developed a headache within a few hours and it's been there ever since. It goes away with painkillers but comes back without fail. After 8 days I'd say it definitely could be related.

I had vaccine last weds, headache developed a few days later. Thought nothing of it but then DH tested positive and I've now tested positive too. Maybe get yourself a PCR just in case.

I had a headache for a few weeks (intermittent and not excruciating) after pfizer. This was before knowing about the AZ risk. I would speak to your GP, I didnt but probably would now.n

Headache mainly gone this morning but still have a sharp pain left side when I bend over. Surely if it were something serious/needed investigating then the headache would get worse? I really don't want to bother anyone with what might be a mild headache. Our local A&E has sent out a plea for people to only go there if they have serious issues as they are so over run!

NHS says to phone 111 so I would personally. They won't send you anywhere they don't think you should be.

Hi op,

This is from the nhs website as someone else mentioned previously :

Call 111 immediately if:
You get any of these symptoms starting from around 4 days to 4 weeks after being vaccinated:
...
A headache that feels worse when you lie down or bend over.

Don't want to worry you but it's best to just ring and see what they say. I had to do this and they referred me to my gp.
