Foreign Covid Vaccinations - move to England how to get in NHS system

Has anyone who has been vaccinated abroad, and then moved to the UK (England) been able to get their vaccinations logged with the NHS?

I’ve got a vaccination certificate, and am in the EU system.

I saw something that if you ring 119, you can do it, but I’ve listened to all the 119 options and this scenario not covered.

Following this with interest. DS has to get another jab as he has only had Covid + 1 jab (this is all that is required in The Netherlands) and needs to get it all logged in the Uk. No GP and the NHS nunmber information site is unavailable.

I think I read that it was planned that this would happen but that they haven't yet put it into place. It works the other way round - you can put NHS vaccines into EU apps, but not EU - UK.

for the moment no. Your GP can reflect in your medical record that you have had your vaccines but you won't be able to get a NHS Covid Pass unless your vaccines were done in the UK

You'll need to register with a GP and they can update your records but not sure you'll be able to get the app.
That said within the UK itself, it isn't really used for much yet.

Hopeful it changes soon.

Both DH and I double vaccinated with Pfizer in the UAE but as the UK won’t recognize it at the moment, we would still have to quarantine if we were to travel back ‘home’.
