I feel like death! Pain behind my eyes, bit of a cough and no taste/smell alongside vomiting because I have no appetite! Please tell me after 5 days now it should start easing up

I'm on day 8 OP and my sore eyes have gone, I am now starting to smell/taste again & feeling almost back to normal, all I have now is a chesty cough & on/off headache but I was soooooooo ill on days 2, 3/4&5 I'm so glad to be feeling myself again.

My sore eyes have basically gone now but the cough is still going strong. Along with back ache from coughing so much. I've also never been this tired in my life!
