Probably stupid question about mild Covid and vaccine side-effects

After my second Pfizer jab I had mild side effects - aching, tiredness for a couple of days. A month before my first jab I came down with something and had similar symptoms of aching limbs, headache and a bit of sickness. It just felt like a bug at the time, only lasted a day or two and didn’t sound like Covid symptoms but when the side-effects felt very similar I wondered if it could have been very very mild Covid. (I’m 26 and reasonably healthy.) I’ll admit my understanding of science is pretty limited so apologies if that is a stupid question!

Data reported by millions of users of the Zoe app shows headache is a very common symptom of Covid, so you may well have had Covid before your first jab.
