How can I get proof of my first vaccination?

Anyone know the answer to this - I had my first vaccination in England as I was working here, then moved back home to Europe before I had the second vaccination and am now struggling to get proof of my first vaccination (it’s not recorded on the NHS app).

Could I write to the GP practice I was registered with in England and ask for a letter?

Your GP won't be able to provide anything. It should be on your NHS record though. Can you access it on line through the NHS website? Why isn't it appearing on your NHS App? Do you know? You could call 119 but presumably you can't do that from outside the England?

I presume you've tried this:
www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/online-services/vaccine-record/

Do you have proof of your vaccination ie the card with the name of vaccine, batch number and date administered?

Have you checked with your GP to see if it's logged against your NHS records but just not showing on the app? i work in a vaccine hub we have had a few instances of this

My first vaccination didn’t get recorded properly either - I eventually got it added to the Pinnacle system at the the vaccination centre. Once they had done that, the GP could see it in their system and I could see it on the NHS app.
