Anyone researched the cheapest Day 2 tests?

Before I do the leg work... has anyone recently worked out which are the cheapest Day 2 tests? I am happy to do them at home, or could get to Heathrow easily for a drive through or in person test.

The cheapest I found last week was by Expert Medical for £28 but couldn't get it to go through on my laptop, since heard that it goes through fine on a mobile, so I ended up buying from NWP at £40.

Just seen this, I've been going mad trying to order one from them on my laptop. I'll try on my phone, thanks for the tip!

Cheapest I could find with availability was Randox at £43 with the code FLYRYANAIR

With Randox it's a good idea to check the location of your nearest dropbox before you commit to the dropbox option. They can be a bit thin on the ground.

I couldn't get expert medical to work on anything. In the end I've given up with trying to find a cheap

... one and gone with Boots for £75 each. At least I trust them.

I also tried Expert Medical yesterday on mobile and laptop but it isn't working. I heard that the Passenger Locator only needs a reference number and the test result isn't followed up so I'm not too bothered by their appauling reviews. Sajid Javid announced a few days ago they will be removing poor performing companies from the approved list so I assume this is why Expert Medicals stopped working.

The next cheapest is Nationwide Pathology at £40. Their reviews seem decent and they replied within an hour when I sent them an email this morning to query how long after placing the order the confirmation email takes. It comes within a few minutes during their opening hours but not instant so I assume there is someone manually processing orders and sending the email confirmation. I placed an order at 7am this morning and the confirmation email came just after 9am.

Thanks, very helpful. Got caught out by the Randox drop box thing before but fortunately it wasn't too far from me. As with pp, all I'm really concerned about getting is the reference for my PLF. if they are then late or don't give me the results for ages I won't stress because it doesn't affect anything really anymore 🤷‍♀️(obvs unless positive!)
