How to cancel and rebook vaccination

My younger child’s vaccination is at 3 this afternoon. They can’t go as my older child has coronavirus.

I wrote the date and time down then threw away the letter!

How can I cancel/rebook?

(My child has ASD and can’t use a phone).

Google "book vaccine" and you'll get the Gov website. If you select "cancel appointment" on the site, it'll help you do it.

Where are you? If Wales you can Google the number you need to call (I had to reschedule mine too!)

The appointment today was to be in a church so no phone number.

If you’re in England call 119. They are really helpful.

If it’s on the day - we found that we had to miss the appointment and then book again. 119 couldn’t help either. Incredibly frustrating!

Argh, can’t do it online as I don’t have the booking reference number.

IME if you just don't turn up you get called up again.

In England, you cant cancel this close. The website and 119 cant process it. You just need to be a no show.
24 hrs after the appointment, you can aparently rebook - I just went for a walk in as they were everywhere by the time we'd left isolation.

I tested positive the day before my vaccine. You can't cancel at such a late stage, you just don't turn up. You won't get in trouble.

Yes, you cannot cancel on the day. My son had to cancel his, he rang 119 but they said don’t worry, go to a walk in centre or re book in a fee days, after his original appointment.
