If you had COVID and were asymptomatic…

Would you be asymptotic if you caught it again? This may be a stupid question but I’m clueless on this kind of stuff!

I tested my dd aged 11 other day as she had sore eyes. Did lft and it was positive she has no other symptoms she is 11
