I'm 1 month post Covid and in hindsight it was like a bad cold and most symptoms went away quickly but I'm left with a drying cough although there is some phlegm as well. The last few days I've been getting a dull achy feeling in my sternum area and it comes and goes almost like a spasm.
Has anyone else had this post Covid? Otheriwse I think I'm fine and no breathing issues but this spasm is giving me anxiety
