Early pregnancy - 2nd vaccine?

Hi just looking to see the best course of action if anyone can advise. About 6 weeks pregnant just now and am unsure when to get in touch with the midwife as it is still early and I have had mc in the past. I have read lots of different pieces on the vaccine while pregnant and I know that advice can vary.

I had my first jab 8 weeks ago (pre pregnancy) and have my letter through stating I have an appointment for my 2nd jab next week. So I will be about 7 weeks pregnant.

If I phone the midwife they will be able to advise right? I am in two minds myself - I would be silly not to take the 2nd dose and have it ovrr and done with. But on the other hand.. Gah.. What if it does affect the pregnancy or baby negatively?

Anyone have any advice?

Thank you for reading
