NHS app - how to register positive PCR taken privately

I tested positive just over a month ago on day 2 after arrival from an amber country.

As per the travel rules, I used a private lab (Randox), but unfortunately this means it doesn’t appear in the NHS app, and I have so far been unable to get a Covid pass on the grounds of immunity.

Anyone had the same experience? I have called 119 about 9 times, sent multiple emails and forms, and had only limited success. I was asked to send the private result to my GP, who very kindly added it to my health records; however, now the test result and doctor’s note are showing in the health records section of the app - but under Covid pass it still says no records found!

Frustratingly yesterday it did show covid records found in green, but I couldn’t download or email the file, and today I am back to yellow.

Help!
