Quarantine from France and Spain being dropped

Thé article refers to the U.K. throughout… but is it actually just England? If so, when / how do Scotland etc say whether this will apply? Or do we assume it applies to the whole of the U.K. ?

Assume England only, check via the government website which does list Scottish requirements somewhere.

France looks to be the same, but not Spain: www.gov.scot/news/travel-restriction-on-france-lifted/. It isn't unusual for newspapers to report badly.
