I ordered two PCR tests for my children as we are visiting family in Europe after 18 months of not seeing each other. 5 minutes after I ordered I tried to change the order to lateral flow tests, as I realised that is what they need. I have spent 48 hours trying to speak to someone, many attempts resulting in hours waiting and then giving up. Eventually I spoke to them on Twitter and the informed me that they do not change, amend or cancel orders, nor do they accept returns at all because they are so amazing and efficient that it all happens straight away. This is not even true as two days after the money left my account, I still have no confirmation of shipping. I am so angry, what kind of business offers no cancelation, returns, refunds, or amendments? And this is government approved.
