Proof of vaccine - Scotland

Has anybody been able to register to the NHS Scotland site to request this? I'm trying but it's asking for a user name which is apparently in a letter that I have never had 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have tried my name but it just says invalid format.

I know I can phone the helpline but just wondered if I was missing something really simple here

I've had both jags, without any letter too. No idea how to prove it.

You can request proof from NHS Scotland. I just don't know how to sign up to their site.

Have you tried the 'Recover user name' link on the login page? vacs.nhs.scot/csp?id=recover_username

I did the recover user name and it worked for me. You just need the date of your first vaccine.

Your username would have been on your letters with your vaccine appointments on them. It has part of your surname in it, eg j.smi12.
