Partner symptomatic last night, got PCR this morning. Boss being very pushy and desperate for result insisting on regular LFTs. Just wondering how long yours have taken recently? We haven't had to PCR test since last summer so not sure of current time frames

14 hours last week

Lobo · 30/07/2021 22:11

We did one a couple of weeks ago it took 24 hours

ohidoliketobe · 30/07/2021 22:13

Appointment was Tues at 1pm walk through site, results text/ email midday the next day - i.e. 23 hours.
They told me current turn around time is approx 24 hours, but this might vary by lab.

I've never had one but my DD's took a few hours

Boss has understaffed a big event to save costs and is now whinging he’s knackered and needs a break. He’s been covid unsafe before I’m getting people to come in when isolating. Furious with the bloke (and annoyed as we are meant to be on holiday in a week!)
