Anxious after just had second Pfizer jab heart risk

So I had my second dose of Pfizer yesterday and I'm fully aware I'm going to sound like a nutcase 😂 but I do have health anxiety which has gotten lots better over the last few years.
I'm sat here now and keep feeling a slight twinge in between my breasts and it's like my mind is convincing myself it's the associated risk of Myocarditis that's been linked with the second Pfizer dose.
I know no one can tell me what's going to happen but can anyone help put my mind at ease?
What should you be looking out for?
Would it be this quick if it was that? I had the jab at 5pm yesterday.
Does anyone know if anyone who's had the heart side effect?
I'm 34 female.
😵‍💫🥺

I think almost all cases have been in young as in teenage males in the US ( as it is so rare it hasn't really emerged here yet as we haven't vacinated lots of teens. This is based on my parents being vaccinators and chatting about guidance. I know it is horrible to have health anxiety though. You could always ring 111/gp for advice

I have OCD so know something of what it is like to worry about health things. As above, the risk is absolutely minuscule, affecting men more than women. Even if you were to get it, it is highly treatable and you would almost certainly make a quick recovery.

I have previously had a heart infection and it was mainly shortness of breath that I noticed. Once it was diagnosed, I was treated quickly and returned to normal within weeks.

Do you have any good distraction techniques to help you?
