Wrong vaccine on vaccine passport

Has anyone else had this?

Am 2 weeks post second jab so logged into my NHS account to check if my "passport" was available. It is, great. Except the info is wrong. I had Pfizer for both doses and it is showing that I had AZ for my second dose. Has anyone dealt with this?

Not the same, but only one dose was showing on my vaccine passport nhs app.
I got in contact with the GP and I had to email them my card which showed the date and which vaccine batch I had and they were able to update. I would contact you GP

Contact your vaccine centre, they should be able to deal with it.
