I had that when I had covid. Things tasted weird and smelled weird for a few days. Somethings things didn't smell "weird", but they smelled very intense. My daughter lost her sense of taste and smell entirely for over a month.

I had Covid back in March 2020. My sense of smell disappeared and then came back weird, and frankly horrible. A huge number of formerly not unpleasant smells are now repulsive too me. And a large number of things all smell exactly the same - and horrible. And over a year in and things haven't improved.

It reminds me of early pregnancy. I am definitely NOT pregnant!

Come to think of it, things have tasted odd tonight too. I can taste but is different to usual.

I love the power of my mind- bet it's a negative!

14 hrs and counting......

I had a day last week where my sense of smell was heightened but I could barely taste anything other than sweet, salty etc. I also had a day where I was alternating between heightened smell and no smell.
