I thought the next review wasn’t until the beginning of August? I can’t keep up!

Where did you hear this please?

Kate3150 · 22/07/2021 07:35

I don’t think they should state dates but look at it daily and put measures in place as soon as needed given the current situation l

AncientandFabulous · 22/07/2021 08:29

Thank the Lord not going abroad - I cannot keep up!

Kate3150 · 22/07/2021 08:36

I’m confused too? Not sure why they’re saying today for an update?

It's because of the increase in Beta variant presumably. It looks to be starting to get a footing now in Italy and Sweden too.

Ahhh okay so I guess the dates don’t really mean much? I don’t know why they bother with them to be honest if they’re going to be making snap decisions on travel all summer, well all year I expect

It does seem silly to get tied into dates when so many issues are caused by delay.

NoSauce · 22/07/2021 09:06

OP what did it say exactly?

Kate3150 · 22/07/2021 09:10

@NoSauce- pretty much what my title thread says. It was rolling across the screen so didn’t go into in depth detail.

New variant is prevalent in Spain now, I believe. I wish they wouldn’t commit to dates, things need to be more responsive.

NoSauce · 22/07/2021 09:25

Thanks OP.
