Just that really - if you’ve (or family) been positive after close contact x

How can you know? Unless you can pinpoint who you were in contact with? Following as my daughter is currently ill with Covid and I'm hoping we don't catch it too.

@chocolatesaltyballs22 I mean if you knew the day you had contact with someone who then turned out to be positive x

Oh ok, thanks. Am interested in the replies. I'm imagining symptoms here and waiting on a test result myself.

My son was exposed on the Tues, he knows it was then as he went to a fan zone event for England/Germany game and 3 out of the 4 of them that went became ill in the days following. He tested positive on the Friday - I then developed a slight cough the following Weds and tested positive. So thanks son for bringing your mate COVID home to us!

My son's girlfriends became ill last Wednesday, tested positive on Thursday, son tested on Friday, negative, girlfriend now very ill, 22, normally fit and healthy, slim and sporty. I assume it's the delta variant, what are the chances of my son not getting it? They are both unvaccinated
