1st Jab was walk-in trying & failing to book 2nd

DS is home from Uni where he had his 1st vaccination at a walk-in Centre.

Trying to book 2nd and despite using the book new appointment option when he inputs his details it asks for appointment number which he doesn’t have.

Any ideas on how to book? He has no email giving him an appointment number.

Phone 119, they should be able to help. DD had her first jab as a walk in so wasn't on any list to have a second but it was easy through the website so I'm not sure what went wrong for you.

can't go to another walk in? I went to walk in places both time -- they were advertised on local facebook. My Waits were respectively 0 & 20 minutes.

ps: if he has NHS app, that will have his details from 1st jab, and his NHS number, so whole system ties it all up. Stewards liked me having my NHS number.
