@delilahbucket

I had Pfizer. My arm was sore the same evening and lasted two days. It was much better when I kept it moving. I had a headache the next day for 24 hours but very mild and paracetamol got rid. I got Covid Arm on day 8 but that was gone within 48 hours. At no point was I poorly, just a couple of niggles. The only person I know who has been poorly has an autoimmune condition.
Covid arm?

I think I may have had the same as you the week after. My arm after the first Pfizer vaccine was red, swollen and itchy and week after. With the second one I didn't have this but felt achy for a couple of days and also fatigued.

5-6 hours both times. First time I just had chills and felt a bit sick, managed to eat a massive tea of pizza and chips though, which I wouldn't normally have, just fancied it and felt no worse after. Second time, I just had the chills for an hour. AZ.

DD had Pfizer, first dose only so far. Absolutely no side effects, headaches or tiredness at any point.

Next morning. Felt quite bad, sort of flu type thing but then miraculously fine the day after.

Mama1980 · 10/07/2021 20:40

I've had both doses of Pfizer with no side effects at all

StepladderToHeaven · 10/07/2021 20:41

I had no side effects (AZ).

Very tired within a few hours, headachey, tired and a bit nauseated the next day. And a random couple of hours of severe nausea three days later that may have been unrelated, it came out of nowhere and I don’t think it was a bug so not sure.
I’ve had one dose of Pfizer.

16 hours

Ie had it in afternoon woke up with high temp

LadyCatStark · 10/07/2021 20:45

For me it was never and none except for a slightly ‘heavy’ feeling arm when I lifted it.

For DH is ready about 20 hours after for both jabs and he felt generally unwell but he is the sort to get “man flu” so who knows how bad his side affects actually were…

KingdomScrolls · 10/07/2021 20:46

I had it early afternoon, woke up about 4am very warm and had to open windows (this does happen sometimes anyway), woke up around 7am and felt like I'd been run over, heavy flu like symptoms but no runny nose/nasal congestion. Mine lasted 4 days the first 2 were the worst.

I had the AZ at 8 in the morning and felt the effects at about 3 in the afternoon. They were absolutely dreadful - shivers, fever, back pain
