Is anyone actually in hospital and double vaccinated - if so what is the age and are there any underlying conditions?

An acquaintance was last week. Early 50s, x2 vaccinations. Underlying cancer, in middle of chemo.
She was in for 24 hrs. Recovered now.

However, I know of several people through work in 40-50 age group who have had x2 vaccines, got COVID and just felt tired and under the weather for a few days. They’re HCPs but caught it from their teenage kids.
