My son's partner has just tested positive for Covid, she has the usual symptoms, shivers, aches and pain, tight chest. Does anyone know of any over the counter remedies which they have found helpful? Also, a bit late in the day now, but other than sleeping in separate rooms is there any advice for my son to avoid catching Covid?
