Are they not contact tracing anymore?

Are the test and trace folk not tracing any more?
DD (15) was tested (pcr) on Tuesday. Positive result back at 4.30 pm yesterday (weds) and still no contact from test and trace. (now 7.30 pm Thursday)
Last time she tested positive (yep, she has it for the second time!) I had a call very shortly after her result asking about any possible contacts and confirming our isolation dates.
Obviously I have let school know, and we are all isolating as per requirements but surprised no one has contacted me! feels like they have given up!

ah, ok. maybe they will get to us at some point then.

We had the initial call quickly but nothing since (day 6 here)
