Trying to amend second vax booking - NHS website can't find my details

Is this a common issue? Ive tried with and without my NHS number. I've copied my booking references directly from the texts I have. But it still can't find my booking!

Is it worth trying again in the morning or should I just call 119?

Try again in the morning, I couldn't change my details one evening but could the next day. Got an appointment the day after Smile

My second dose is booked in for 21 Aug at the moment, I'm wondering if I can bring it forward a couple of weeks.

I work in a Covid clinic, it is happening quite often that the first vaccine is not entered on the system correctly, I would advise you go back to where you had your vaccine and they should be able to resolve the problem .
Also we are only giving second vaccine after 8weeks

I know, 21 August for me would be 11 weeks since my first, so I thought I'd try and have one before the intended 16 August threshold (which would take me back to 9 weeks or so) for not having to isolate.

It's still not working this morning so I'll give 119 a call and see what they advise.
