T&T don't understand the meaning of primary number...

So we're isolating after travel to an amber country. T&T keep ringing my husband's personal mobile to speak to me. 😬 They're also ringing his work mobile to speak to him. Both are down as secondary numbers.

When he questioned them tonight when they rang, they thought his mobile, down as my secondary number, was a landline...when has an "07" number been a landline....🤷‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️FFS.

Just wanted to express my frustration. 8 days of this to go.

This happened when my elderly dad came to visit me from his home country. He provided his mobile number but it’s not a UK mobile and I don’t have a landline, so they kept ringing the secondary number which was my mobile. I missed about 8 calls in the first 2 days of his isolation as I was at work and couldn’t answer my phone! He got very stressed that they’d think he’d broken quarantine. It’s ridiculous and I totally sympathise with you!
