DH had second jab on Saurday morning and a few hours after he mentioned that he has a ringing in one ear. This morning it's not gone away.
Has anyone else had this and if so was it temporary?

I developed tinnitus when I had covid. I had my first jab before this without any issue.

7 months later I still have tinnitus, at times it is almost unbearable and drives me bloody mad.

Distraction is the only thing I have found, so having the radio on as I go to sleep or listening to music whilst I work.

I find it to be at it's worst when I am tired. I hate it.

DP rapidly developed tinnitus after first AZ jab. He reported it. It went away after about 10 days

Yes. I have had pulsatile tinnitus for years but it had virtually disappeared. After the Pfizer second jab it came back but different - not pulsatile now more whoosh. It is still there but less.
