Can’t see my vaccine certificate - going on holiday in 2.5 weeks!

I’ve got the NHS app and had 2 doses. I had my last dose 7 days ago. I can see on the app that both my doses have been recorded but when I Try to download my Covid pass it says ‘No Covid Records found’ underneath my name. Is this because I only had it 7 days ago? Would anybody be able to check theirs ? This is happening to my husband too! I’ve rung 119 helpline and they were absolutely useless!!

Have you done all the id verification on the nhs app? Mine didn’t show until I had. You need to upload your passport and record a video etc

Keepgoing88 · 05/07/2021 08:58

All done!

Keepgoing88 · 05/07/2021 08:58

I’m wondering if it’s because I currently have covid

Last week before my positive test I was able to download a travel pass

Think I would order a paper copy from 119 in the meantime as they take about a week, then at least if it is not resolved you will have that. Just checked and mine is there there.

HasaDigaEebowai · 05/07/2021 09:02

Well if you currently have covid then my guess is that your certificate can’t be downloaded until you’re clear again.

CinderFuckingRe11a · 05/07/2021 09:02

It appears two weeks after your second dose

pollylocketpickedapocket · 05/07/2021 09:04

So to derail but Covid app won’t let me record a video. I can phone 119 and get a physical copy??

Keepgoing88 · 05/07/2021 09:14

It’s weird as I could download a travel pass saying I had had one vaccine previously

OP posts:
Keepgoing88 · 05/07/2021 09:14

We go away in 2.5 weeks and I’m just scared I won’t be able to get the vaccine certificate. Technically I won’t be infectious / will be recovered so really hoping I can get one

OP posts:
HasaDigaEebowai · 05/07/2021 09:15

How do you know you will be recovered?

Keepgoing88 · 05/07/2021 09:15

@CinderFuckingRe11a did it take that long for yours to show in the app?

@HasaDigaEebowai well I’m absolutely fine now and I’ve got Covid. So I’m assuming I will still feel ok. The guidance for the country I’m going to is your can go 11 days after your first positive PCR. I will be travelling about 19 days after mine

I spoke to the. 119 helpline again today. They were a bit useless, they don’t think the fact I can’t download a travel pass has anything to do with my positive Covid test (baffled!!) and might be a glitch with the app… still none the wiser but I have requested a paper copy

OP posts:
DarceyDashwood · 05/07/2021 10:18

This is exactly the same for me! And I also currently have Covid! (Day 6). I can see my vaccine records elsewhere on the app but it says no records found in the travel pass bit.

Wincher · 05/07/2021 10:20

I couldn't get my travel pass until 14 days after my second jab - so you might need to wait until then.

Keepgoing88 · 05/07/2021 10:21

Ok thanks, it’s just annoying that nhs Helpline don’t know this !!

OP posts:
BunsyGirl · 05/07/2021 10:26

My travel pass was available the day after my second dose.

Keepgoing88 · 05/07/2021 10:26

@DarceyDashwood it’s so frustrating isn’t it!! 119 helpline for it have been absolutely useless ! They were like no it’s nothing to do with you having Covid it must’ve been an app problem… here’s me stressing out worrying if I neeed to cancel my holiday!! I can go on holiday with a negative PCR but I won’t Risk that as I believe it will still be positive

OP posts:
SometimesRavenSometimesParrot · 05/07/2021 10:32

My NHS app says it takes 12 days after the second dose before it will show up, if that helps! I’d request a paper copy anyway to be on the safe side.

Vetyveriohohoh · 05/07/2021 10:32

If you think you would get a positive PCR surely you shouldn’t be travelling??

Surely you shouldn't be travelling if still positive???

Same here.
HasaDigaEebowai · 05/07/2021 10:47

How on earth do you justify travelling with a positive pcr?

Keepgoing88 · 05/07/2021 10:51

Because you can get a positive PCR for months after having Covid!!!! If I am not contagious and recovered from Covid why shouldn’t I go!!? I have spoken to dr and they have said there is no reason I should not travel if well as I will be no longer infectious
