Phoning 119 to chase test results

Has any had to phone 119 to chase covid test results? How long did it take for the to get back to you?

Has anyone had any luck with phoning 119? I spoke to them at 7am and they said someone would contact me but still nothing and no results.

I phoned them but they said mine were registered to me but just hadn’t been processed by the lab

I have called twice today but couldn’t even get through, just recorded message saying they are too busy.
