Has anyone else’s vacc info disappeared from NHS App?

Logged onto the NHS app this morning and my vacc info has vanished and it says no Covid records found! I’m doubled jabbed and the info was there previously. Has anyone else got this/has this happen?

Mine are still there. Maybe restart the app?

ShaunaTheSheep · 02/07/2021 08:32

Mine is there, along with QR codes and pdf downloads for event and travel proof of vax which I hadn't seen before

Bryonyshcmyony · 02/07/2021 08:34

So has mine OP!

Bryonyshcmyony · 02/07/2021 08:35

All my immunisations have disappeared. Says there is an error.

So typical isn't it that they can't organise something as crucial as this!

Bryonyshcmyony · 02/07/2021 08:37

OK I restarted and its there.

It isn't a great app, not being able to use your phones back button is annoying (android) and the Covid vax status should be massively highlighted.

LightasaBreeze · 02/07/2021 08:37

Mine is there even though the first one is the batch made in India which is reported in the papers as not being valid for travel in Europe at the moment, good job I wasn't planning a holiday anytime soon.

StillUpholding · 02/07/2021 08:38

Mine is there but it has been updated with QR cards and is now under ‘Get your Covid Pass’ then under events or travel.

Bryonyshcmyony · 02/07/2021 08:39

Also why does the Covid pass expire in less than a month?

KeepingOnKeepingUp · 02/07/2021 09:04

I’m going to hope that this means they are updating it so that the vaccination status of people who have taken part in NHS-run vaccine trials and have had two doses of a vaccine shown to be effective will be updated to show we have had a vaccine. The only reason anyone else has a vaccine is because of trial volunteers and at the moment we are all in limbo. We’ve been promised this will be resolved but none of us have much confidence in that promise at the moment.

@Bryonyshcmyony

Each pass is valid for a month so it will update monthly. Mine has changed from 21st June, then July and is now showing August

Hmmmmmm interesting. I’ve tried restarting the app and it’s just the same. I’ve just seeny first jab was one of the batch numbers in the press this morning - not sure if that’s something to do with it! Oh well. I’m not going abroad anytime soon but if it’s not updated in a couple of weeks I’ll follow it up

@KeepingOnKeepingUp, I'm sorry to hear this. I'm very, very grateful to you for taking part in the trials and it seems a poor reward. Truly 'no good deed goes unpunished.'

I was about to volunteer for the mixed vaccine trials when I spotted on their website that travel insurers may not accept that I'm vaccinated. Maybe others were similarly put off. It's a real shame that research can be hampered by the risk of 'computer says no'.

I hope you get your status recognised soon.
