Hi all. I’m 18 weeks pregnant and still in a quandary about whether to get the Covid vaccination or not. Understandably, drs/midwives won’t advise us as individuals and the RCM website says to discuss with your own healthcare team (they refer me to the website!).
So really I just wanted to get an idea of what others are doing. I guess it’s a case of weighing risks up but would be good to hear your thoughts. Thanks.

I'm 19 weeks and having my first dose on Sunday, I'm not high risk myself but what I am concerned about is the risk of pre term labour with Covid.

Had my first Pfizer at 32 weeks with just a sore arm afterwards. Gave birth a few weeks ago to a healthy baby boy.

All this stuff about "weigh up the risks" is ridiculous because we can't - we just don't know enouy about the long term impact of either covid or the various vaccines. It's scary as noone really knows, and we won't know for years to come.
