Has anyone heard that some one tested positive after being vaccinated?

Just that, really. I’m 19 weeks pregnant, had my second dose of pfizer 14 weeks after the first (due to guidelines) and work as a nurse so I would like to know if anyone knows of anyone who is vaccinated but still tested positive. And if so, we’re they poorly? Did they need hospitalisation? Thanks

I’m scared as well. It’s going around my dds school now. I’m a sahm but am still terrified.

All we can do is make sure we have the right level of hygiene and hope for the best. We don’t eat out, have anyone in the house and keeping shopping to a minimum x

Yes, but they were asymptomatic or had very mild (less than a cold) symptoms.

My uncle had both jabs ages ago. He got covid recently, couldn’t breathe, was in hospital for 2 weeks on oxygen just been discharged. He didn’t think he had it because he’d had the vaccination and was very surprised when he tested positive in the hospital.

My friend and also my son. Friend caught it recently after both doses of vaccine. She felt a bit rotten but nothing major. Son caught it 6 weeks after his first dose, laid up in bed for a few days and lost his sense of taste and smell for a month.

I’ve known a couple of elderly people who tested positive in hospital despite have been double vaccinated. Both had no symptoms at all and were quite shocked.
