Is outdoors eating still only 2 families / rule of 6 at a pub?

I know you can have a garden thing with 30, but if we eat outside at a pub is it still only 6 ? We want to do a family meet up, so about 15 for a meal outside.

It’s up to 30 according to guidelines but in reality depends on each pup. Some have decided to limit group numbers.

There were 14 of us at an indoor restaurant a couple of weeks ago
