Didn’t wear mask in shop

I totally forgot to put it on. I even remembered to wash the handles of my trolley! Walked in to shop and after about 2 or 3 mins realised something was wrong! Put trolley back and left. My health anxiety is now sky high and I’m extremely embarrassed and anxious that I forgot!

I’ve never forgotten before.

There’s so many people who can’t wear masks inside that literally noone will have batted an eyelid. Don’t worry about it.

Honestly, dont give it anymore head space.

However there really would have been minimal risk so you should let it go.
