First Pfizer jab and feeling dizzy/vertigo

Has anyone else had this side effect? I had my jab about 2 weeks ago now and ever since I've felt a bit off kilter, vertigo was the best descriptor. It's like I've woken up from drinking and still a tiny bit tipsy in my head.

I've tried googling but haven't found much about it. I don't know how concerned I should be or if it will go away, it's a very odd feeling.

You could be suffering with vestibular migraines which can cause a form of vertigo, usually paracetamol ect don't help. Propanolol can help a lot if it is this. You can ask your Dr to refer you to ENT or Neurology.

I had this both times. It was worse after the first jab
Started 2.5 weeks after the jab. I had migraine too, very dizzy I actually fell over, vomiting. It lasted 9 days then it was like a switch had been flicked
Same the second time but I didn't actually vomit

DS had this two days after his jab whilst we were away on holiday. He's 16. I thought it was strange at the time. Settled after 48 hours.

I had a big reaction to my first pfizer in January and woke up with vertigo a few days after. It has continued so now in month 9, I had my second jab as was told it wouldn't be the jab causing it and it caused exactly the same reaction with vertigo. I'm now being treated and investigated for vestibular migraine and/or menieres disease. I've yellowed carded what has happened to me as advised by medical professionals. Pre vaccine, I never had any problems with vertigo, tinnitus or dizziness. The tinnitus is one ear drives me crazy, I've had to change my diet, lifestyle and struggle through work some days. I'm just about at a place where it is managed well enough with medications to be able to work enough. I was offered a booster today but declined at the moment as i don't think I can put myself through this again not being in any risk categories.
