Posted PCR test yesterday at 4pm

Priority postbox and it says 'collection times Monday to Saturday and last collection time was 3pm heart day. So have I missed it completely this weekend?
Do they have extras Covid test collections?
I'm worried I took the test yesterday (sat 3pm) and it won't be collected until tomorrow and god knows when it will be tested?

I think you need to do another test as it needs to be posted before the last collection

Your supposed to check the times online before you post the same day collection . So I’d think you are going to have to do another one as it won’t be collected till today . Can you not go to a test centre today ?

You should have done the test on the day you posted it. If you’d done it earlier on Saturday you’d probably have the results by now.

Get another test. Check times before you do the test as per instructions.

There are very clear instructions with the test about checking posting times and how far in advance you can do the test. You are supposed to check the postbox times online before doing the test as they will vary in each area.

You will probably need to do another test as it will have been too long by the time it is collected today.

The extra covid collections are the time that it says for that postbox. So yes you missed it.
