I have easily found out the rules regarding travelling from Spain to the UK. Needing tests and the 10 days quarantine at the address given. I have been told that if a person is on a business trip they do not have to quarantine for 10 days. Can anyone point me to an official source is this really true? . I am not the person crossing any borders, it’s a relative of DH who has gone to stay with another relative.
