How do I get my booking number if I wasn't emailed it

Please help me!

I need to amend my 2nd vaccination , but when I booked I didn't get sent an email with my booking number. So I can't seem to do it. Even the calls to 119 don't seem to have an option to help me.
Does anyone know what I can do?

I didn’t have a text or email and forgot to take it down at the time so I got both numbers from them

119 will give you your booking number. You need to pick the line options to book your vaccine, not the query line as they won’t be able to help.

The options to select, I was told, is 1-2-1. They told me my booking numbers, even though I didn’t ask as I did have them.

I didn’t get a booking email either, so was just checking I was actually booked in.

To anyone else booking - ALWAYS TAKE A SCREENSHOT!!

I also didn’t need my booking reference on the day of my appointment, just name and DOB.
