Nhs website can’t find my details?!

I have had my first jab, booked on the nhs website. Also booked my second for July. I have tried to login to see if I can change date but it’s saying it can’t find my details. Has anyone else had this and found a way round it without having to call them?! Don’t want to be on hold for hours on end!

Are you using the booking reference for your first jab? You need to input the reference of the jab you are trying to amend so the reference for your second jab.

Is he definitely registered with a GP? As this can cause these issues.

Can they find your name but no vaccine details? With mine they couldn’t my first vaccine so I couldn’t amend second

I went to site 2x to sort it

After 2nd neither showed on gp record or new vaccine nhs app

Took 3 more visits to site for them to sort it’s a real pain
