Sorry but issues with nhs booking site

I changed my second vaccine appointment yesterday (brought it forward by 3 weeks - am in over 45 age group).

I got a cancellation text (twice) but no rebooked text. I did rebook previously to move to a closer centre and got a cancellation text then a rebook text.

So I thought I'd double check that I'd done it correctly and no matter what I put in, it doesn't recognise me. Have tried nhs number, personal details first and second booking ref etc and nowt. Wont let me start from scratch and rebook. I have been deleted from the matrix it seems.

Anyone else having trouble today? I'll call 119 if I need to but if it's just a slow day I'll be patient.....

Just moved DH's appointment and it was fine. Did you use your new second booking reference number? The reference number changes when you move your appointment.
