I changed my second vaccine appointment yesterday (brought it forward by 3 weeks - am in over 45 age group).
I got a cancellation text (twice) but no rebooked text. I did rebook previously to move to a closer centre and got a cancellation text then a rebook text.
So I thought I'd double check that I'd done it correctly and no matter what I put in, it doesn't recognise me. Have tried nhs number, personal details first and second booking ref etc and nowt. Wont let me start from scratch and rebook. I have been deleted from the matrix it seems.
Anyone else having trouble today? I'll call 119 if I need to but if it's just a slow day I'll be patient.....
