Offering vaccines to over 18s in my area

I got a text this morning from the NHS saying anyone over 18 can book to have the jab now.
I live between Bolton and Blackburn and the cases are going up here now.
We had locally 19 yesterday so nothing like Bolton but the council must be worried now.
How many areas are offering that now.

Same, I got a phone number if anyone needs it to book Pfizer. I'm in preston but weirdly got the text as I arrived in Horwich this morning

Same in Forth Valley, Central Scotland and there's a bit of a spike in cases within our district, Clackmannan, but not where I live. My kids have logged on but not received dates yet.

They must be starting in areas they know are going to get bad soon. It seems like they started a bit late in Bolton to really have any effect. Hopefully it will help and we won't in up like Bolton.

Same here. Preston.

And Birmingham

I'm in Wales and my eldest, 20, had his letter for his first jab 3 weeks ago. No rise in cases in my area and no reports of the new variant.

I guess the early sewage testing may identify places that are increasing

Wales has been ahead of England for ages.

I got a phone number if anyone needs it to book Pfizer.

You don’t need to specify Pfizer/moderna when you book your appointment. You will only be offered appointments where those vaccines are available.
