A question about test to release of anyone has done it please

A family member is flying home this week due to a family emergency. They need to quarantine and can take a test on day 5. They've paid and ordered it but it hasn't arrived yet. Anyone know if it should have by now? They ordered it Friday. They land Thurs so need to take the test Tuesday next week..

Post is still taking a bit longer at the moment. If it’s not needed until next Tuesday there’s still plenty of time. Could they phone the company and ask when it was sent, it may be they don’t send it until later in the week.

Have they also ordered and received the day 2 and 8 tests? The day 2 test will be needed by Saturday so that is more urgent if it hasn’t yet arrived.
