Can't 'manage' Vaccine booking

Trying to log in to manage DH's booking - entering the correct NHS number, birthday and booking reference and it says it can't find the details... anyone else having this issue?

DH had this in March when he tried to cancel his as he had a GP one so he rang up 119 or whatever no. it is and after ages on the phone she couldn't find it either and blamed the website not behaving at that moment, we never did know if it was ever cancelled, DH did go in again later but it was the same again

I’ve just checked mine and it’s working okay. It hasn’t accidentally been cancelled has it? Or maybe the hub has cancelled it and not been able to contact you?

Or more likely it’s a glitch - it’s not the best website. I’m still waiting for my email/text confirmation and it’s been 6 days!

Oh come on! Can couples not do anything for each other?? I deal with all my husbands personal admin, in turn he does his fair share of chores. Mainly dealing with renewing bills I hate that!

I’ve just been on to manage mine as I want to bring second dose forward.
I accidentally used the booking reference for the first dose - it couldn’t find me.
When I input the reference for the second appointment all the details were there and it let me rebook no problem- easier than I thought.

That’s a long winded way of saying check that you are putting the correct booking reference in.

When I go to manage booking for dh it doesn’t let me enter a booking ref? As soon as I put name and don it directs me to book his first vaccine when I’m actually trying to bring his second forward
